How do I get these?
  1. In Telegram, open @BotFather (blue check mark), send /newbot and follow the steps. Copy the token it gives you.
  2. Open your new bot and press Start.
  3. Open @userinfobot (titled "User Info · Get ID · idbot"), press Start and copy your Id. That's your Chat ID.

How do I get this?
  1. In your Discord server, open a text channel's settings (⚙️ next to its name).
  2. Go to Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook.
